Debra Stites moved to Colorado twenty-two years ago with her sons Jason and Ivan. Breckenridge enticed them with the gorgeous mountain views, the fresh air, and, of course, the amazing skiing. Prior to living in Colorado, Debra lived in Southern California where she gained experience as an escrow and title officer. For seven years, Debra led Stites Realty as Broker/Owner and continues to be a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors in California.
Since moving to Breckenridge, Debra opened her own office and was the managing broker/owner for nine years. Most recently she has assisted the developers of Breckenridge's BlueSky with acquiring prime real estate for their successful development. Debra's love and passion for her work has been guiding clients and investors to residential, commercial, and land opportunities for many successful years.
Debra is passionate about being outside and enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, diving, surfing, and spending time with her family.
