Joe Neel, GRI has been a Breckenridge resident since 1978. Two of Joe's children graduated from Summit County schools: Emily, who is employed by the ski area, and Patrick, who attends CU at Boulder and is a member of the ski team. His youngest daughter, Rosemary, is a student at University of Northern Colorado. A graduate of the University of Arkansas and Marine Corps Veteran, Joe Neel has been a member of the Coldwell Banker Bunchman team since acquiring his Associate Brokers license in 1997. Joe is a former member of the Summit Association of Realtors Board of Directors and a current member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond society. In his free time, Joe enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing and supporting his local high school hockey and lacrosse teams. Joe specializes in general residential real estate, luxury properties, second homes, investment properties, and mountain/resort properties.
