Karyn Contino has been selling Breckenridge and Summit County real estate since 1980, with over $250,000,000 in past sales. Karyn moved to Breckenridge 31 years ago from Pennsylvania, with her husband, Sal. Through all the years, enjoying travel, they have seen the rest of the world, off season, but always being so glad to return to the best town in the best state in the USA. They and their 2 dogs have enjoyed a second home in the Cherry Creek North area of Denver, since1999. It’s a perfect combination. When it’s still snowing in Breck in April and May, we are walking around the lovely gardens and enjoying the many parks in Denver. When in June, July and August the temperature climbs well into the 90’s we escape back to the perfect summer weather of Summit county, working and hiking the hundreds of miles of off-road trails, and enjoying the rich music festival and social life Breckenridge has to offer.
