General Manager and President Breckenridge Lands LLC. for 26 years; developing many neighborhoods in Breckenridge, including The Highlands, Shock Hill, Corkscrew, West Ridge, Goldflake and Sunbeam; played a vital role in planning and enabling the BreckConnect Gondola. Developed and managed commercial and residential buildings throughout Town, directed planning and subdivision for West Braddock, and Stan Miller subdivisions; built Parkway Center Subdivision and established relationships with City Market and Summit County Justice Center as anchors. Planning Director & Assistant Town Manager Town of Breckenridge 5 years, and elected Breckenridge Town Council Member 12 years; graduated University of Colorado Bachelor Environmental Design.
