Stacy has been a licensed Realtor helping Buyers and Sellers close their transactions in Summit County and a Breckenridge resident since 1993. Prior to that she was a successful Realtor in Southern California where she was raised in a real estate family. She has earned her certificates from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Previews Property Specialist designation (PPS) for the luxury market, and the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designation (RSPS). Stacy is a member of the Summit Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors
Stacy has a BA degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and has four sons with her husband Kevin who is a licensed general contractor. Her work with him in the design and finishing of his homes gives her a unique perspective in evaluating properties. Together they have built many custom homes in Summit County, in addition to a 50 home development in Silverthorne. Stacy was the listing broker, as well as responsible for all of the interior design.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Stacy owned her own real estate company for over 16 years. As a full-time Broker Associate her specialties include working with buyers and sellers within the residential and land markets, from the high end to the entry level. With integrity and great communication she will help guide you to reach your dream of mountain home ownership either as a second homeowner, full time resident or as an investor. Stacy has been an active volunteer in her community and enjoys hiking, snowshoeing and playing tennis.
