"I have utilized the services of John (Turk) Montepare numerous times over the last 25 years as both a buyer and seller of real estate in Summit County and have found him to be one of the most approachable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable Brokers I have ever worked with."
Robert J Greenly
"John (Turk) Montepare has been my realtor of choice for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with Turk in buying and selling many single family homes, spec and investment properties. His wisdom and advise through these projects has been invaluable, always seeing things through the eyes of the next buyer with the common sense that can only be found with someone of his experience. I have found that when you are negotiating the final deal, buying or selling, he is able to get it done like no other, with your best interest in mind and controlling emotional distractions."
